Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, Hayes of Lorneville Limited was placed into liquidation by order of the High Court at Christchurch on the 5th day of November 2001 at 10.34 a.m. and Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as liquidator of the company.
