Keith Palmer, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Trio Business Centre Limited on the 1st day
of November 2001 at 10.58 a.m. by the High Court at
New Plymouth.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 17th day of December 2001, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
