On the 7th day of September 2001 at 2.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of
the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into liquidation and that Shaun Roger Nixon, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of September 2001 at 2.00 p.m.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 7th day of December 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
