Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator of Liquor Stores Limited on the 5th day of November 2001 at 4.00 p.m. by special resolution of the shareholder.
A creditors' meeting will be held by postal ballot on the 28th day of November 2001.
