Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Brian Burge and
Brian Joseph Walshe, chartered accountants of Sherwin Chan & Walshe, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Schnauzer Enterprises Limited (in liquidation) (formerly known as Seafood Specialties (1996) Limited
(in liquidation)).
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of November 2001 at 9.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Richard Burge

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 23rd day of November 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
