Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Sydney Thomas Dobbs, chartered accountant of Dunedin, was appointed liquidator of the company by special resolution of the members of the company.
The voluntary liquidation commenced on the 31st day of October 2001 at 4.00 p.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to the liquidator at the Tenth Floor, Otago House, 475 Moray Place, Dunedin, on telephone (03) 479 2590.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 23rd day of November 2001 by 5.00 p.m., as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
