Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of October 2001, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act
1993, Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and William Oliver Ferguson, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Tele Plus
NZ Limited at 1.28 p.m. and Telephone Solutions Limited (in receivership) at 1.30 p.m.
The liquidations commenced as at the date and time of our appointment.
Inquiries may be directed by creditors or shareholders of the companies during normal business hours to Montgomerie
& Associates, Auckland, on telephone (09) 358 9101.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators hereby fix the 30th day of November 2001, as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
