Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 25th day of October 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies
Act 1993, that Asia Online (New Zealand) Limited
(in liquidation) be liquidated and that Kerryn M. Downey and Janice A. Dawson, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of October 2001 at 8.00 a.m.
