The above-named companies passed special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint Curtis John Mountfort, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator, as follows:
? Pulman Management Limited (in liquidation), resolution dated the 25th day of October 2001 at 11.37 a.m.
? Steve Exler Sports Limited (in liquidation), resolution dated the 26th day of October 2001 at 11.51 a.m.
The liquidator fixes the 7th day of December 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
