Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 12th day of January 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tripp Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Russell Kelvin David Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
I advise that this is a liquidation of a solvent company.
The liquidation commenced on the 12th day of January 2001.
