Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 25th day of January 2001 at 11.00 a.m., 11.01 a.m. and 11.02 a.m. respectively, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Architectural Coatings (Central) Limited, Superform Building Systems (Central) Limited and Stressfree Project Management No. 2 Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 25th day of January 2001 at 11.00 a.m., 11.01 a.m. and 11.02 a.m. respectively.
