Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 29th day of January 2001 at 9.30 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that
JJM Fishing Limited be liquidated and that David Pearson, chartered accountant of Te Horo, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
