Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gary Traveller and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were jointly and severally appointed liquidators of Dominion Holdings Limited ("the company") on the 23rd day of October 2001 at 9.00 a.m., by the shareholders of the company.
Prior to the appointment of liquidators, a director's resolution confirming that the company would be able to pay its debts was lodged with the Registrar of Companies.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
12th day of November 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
