Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Hamilton
dated the 16th day of October 2001 at 11.00 a.m., Kenneth Peter Brown and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Te Puke, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of October 2001 at 11.00 a.m.
