Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 23rd day of January 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that New Zealand Electric Lamp Manufacturers Limited be liquidated and that Roy James Cowley, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of January 2001.
