Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company on the 8th day of October 2001, passed a resolution appointing Graeme George McDonald and John Lawrence Vague, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, 27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, Auckland, on Thursday, the 1st day of November 2001 at 11.00 a.m.
Business:
1. Consideration of a report containing a statement of the company's affairs.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidator's committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
