Appointment of Liquidator
By resolution of the shareholders dated the 16th day of October 2001 and timed at 12.20 p.m., Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Creditors should file claims with the liquidator by the
17th day of December 2001.
