Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993

Graham Hosie, chartered accountant of West Yates Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 17th day of August 2001.
Meeting of Creditors
No meeting of creditors will be held.
In accordance with section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator dispenses with the requirement to call a meeting on the basis:
(a) the directors have declared the company solvent;
(b) all assets have been realised;
(c) the liquidators is only required to determine the priorities of creditors' payments;
(d) if a creditor holds a contrary view they should notify the liquidator within 10 days of receipt of this notice;
(e) a meeting would cause expense and serve no useful purpose; and
(f) all creditors will be paid in full.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 31st day of October 2001, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
