Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 5th day of October 2001 at 11.00 a.m., it was resolved by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Central & Southern Exhausts Limited be put into liquidation and that Barry Pringle Howatson, chartered accountant of Upper Hutt, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will be dispensing with a meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 12th day of November 2001, as the last day for creditors of the company to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
