Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Brian Burge and Brian Joseph Walshe, chartered accountants of Sherwin Chan
& Walshe, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Bowie Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of October 2001 at 12.00 midday.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
