Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 5th day of October 2001, it was resolved by
special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that De Bretts Thermal Hotel (Taupo) Limited be liquidated and that Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 8th day of October 2001 at 4.00 p.m.
A declaration of solvency has been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
