Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 5th day of October 2001 at 8.15 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that T & T Construction Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Peter Brown and Sheree Ann Hart, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of October 2001 at 8.15 a.m.
