Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Andrew Marchel Oorschot gives notice that, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993,
I was appointed liquidator of Socon Engineering Limited
(in receivership) by a resolution of the shareholders with effect from the 8th day of October 2001 at 10.15 a.m.
