Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 3rd day of October 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (e) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mondavii Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that Ann Loudon of StreetSMART Group Limited, Manurewa, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of October 2001.
