Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
John Anthony Waller and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of New Zealand Entrepreneural Consultants Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the 27th day of September 2001 at 11.08 a.m., the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of New Zealand Entrepreneural Consultants Limited (in liquidation), we fix the 21st day of December 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
