Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 21st day of September 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Home Improvements (Tauranga) Limited
(in receivership) and Space Savers NZ Limited be liquidated and that D. N. Cooke and B. M. Owen, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidations commenced on the 21st day of September 2001 at 11.58 a.m. and 12.05 p.m. respectively.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of the above-named companies which are being liquidated, does hereby fix the 31st day of October 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claims is established.
