Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 20th day of March 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PIB Properties Limited be liquidated and that Barry Finlay Raymond Scott, accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of September 2001.
