Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Shirley Anne Metcalfe, manager of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders on the 19th day of September 2001 at 9.00 a.m., the date and time that the liquidations commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Notice is given that as liquidator of the companies, I fix the 19th day of October 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from
the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributions.
