Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 21st day of September 2001 at 10.26 a.m., when the High Court,
New Plymouth, appointed Stephen Mark Lawrence liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
