Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Brent David Lowe, chartered accountant of Davidson & Associates, was appointed as liquidator of CPL Developments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of September 2001 at 11.30 a.m.
