Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of McSmith Builders Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 11th day of September 2001, the shareholders of McSmith Builders Limited passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Nigel Wallace, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
The trading operations of the company have been sold to Gateway Homes Limited.
McSmith Builders Limited has now ceased trading and entered into voluntary liquidation.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
