Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of September 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mash Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Grant Mackintosh, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of September 2001 at 9.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator does hereby fix the 10th day of October 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
