Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Peter Ross McLean and David Murray Blanchett, chartered accountants of Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of McDonald Electrical (1998) Limited and Sonic Plumbing & Electrical Limited.
The liquidations commenced on the 5th day of September 2001 at 12.04 p.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 17th day of October 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
