Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Wayne Richard Johnson, chartered accountant of Lock & Partners Limited, was appointed liquidator of Natural Cosmetics Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of December 2000 at 11.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of
the company during normal business hours to Wayne Richard Johnson at 133 Vincent Street, Auckland, on telephone (09) 379 8410.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
26th day of January 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
