Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 7th day of September 2001 at 3.00 p.m., it was resolved by the board of directors, pursuant to section 241 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that Chablis Properties Limited be put in liquidation and that David Bernard Robinson, solicitor of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of September 2001.
Creditors and shareholders should direct inquiries to David Bernard Robinson by the 21st day of September 2001, during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
