Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the
above-named company commenced on the 18th day of January 2001 at 10.45 a.m., when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Rowan John Chapman as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
