Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen James Higgs, chartered accountant of Polson Higgs & Co, was appointed liquidator of Fineline Industrial Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of September 2001 at 8.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to Patricia Griffin at 139 Moray Place, Dunedin, on telephone (03) 477 9923.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 10th day of October 2001 at 5.00 p.m., as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
