Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, M. G. Valentine and
A. J. McKenzie, chartered accountants of Jackson Valentine Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Whyte Waters and Associates Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 7th day of September 2001.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
10th day of October 2001, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
