Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993:
Notice is hereby given that by resolution to liquidate dated the 17th day of August 2001 at 5.30 p.m. for Corporate Surveys Limited and the 5th day of September 2001 at 1.30 p.m. for P & S Miers Limited, the shareholders have appointed Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, as liquidator.
The liquidator advises that declarations as to solvency dated the 17th day of August 2001 for Corporate Surveys Limited and the 5th day of September 2001 for P & S Miers Limited have been filed with the Registrar of Companies by the directors.
The liquidator fixes the 28th day of September 2001, as the last day in which creditors can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have in the company.
