Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 30th day of August 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a),
that Building & Leasing Limited be liquidated and that
Norman Ryder-Lewis, chartered accountant of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 30th day of August 2001 at 4.30 p.m.
