Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 17th day of January 2001, it was resolved by special resolution that Gareth Holdings No.1 Limited (formerly Auckland Wire Services Limited) be liquidated and that Kevin R. Lewis, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of January 2001.
