Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Malibu Enterprises Limited was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill on the 20th day of August 2001, to be put into liquidation.
Ian Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of August 2001 at 10.20 a.m.
