Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of M.C. & W.M. McAlley Limited:
Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 6th day
of December 2000 at 4.00 p.m., the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:
(a) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
(b) That Lyndsay John Tait, chartered accountant of Wanganui, be and is hereby appointed liquidator
for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the company.
