Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 20th day of August 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Trucold Refrigeration Limited be liquidated and that Carol Elizabeth Fletcher, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of August 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
This company has filed a solvency certificate with the Registrar of Companies stating that the company has no liabilities other than to shareholders.
In accordance with section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will not hold a meeting of creditors unless within 14 days after receiving this notice a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator requiring a meeting to be called.
