Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
As the company has ceased trading, notice is hereby given that the company was placed into voluntary liquidation, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and Julie Shing, accounting technician, was appointed liquidator of Barry Marsh Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of August 2001.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
30th day of September 2001, as the last day on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
