Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Malcolm Marshall and Bernard Spencer Montgomerie, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Slatecrete Industries Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) on the 17th day of August 2001 at 2.03 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators hereby fix the 21st day of September 2001, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
