Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by a duly signed resolution of shareholders of the above-named company on the 16th day of August 2001, Norman Ryder-Lewis, accountant of Wellington, be appointed as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of August 2001 at 1.00 p.m.
