Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that Richard Bruce Hudson was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 31st day of July 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
The company is being wound up on the basis that the project carried out by the company has now been completed.
The winding up will be that of a solvent company.
