Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Gary N. Hitchcock, chartered accountant of Horwath Porter Wigglesworth Limited, was appointed liquidator of Spring Street Management (1998) Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 9th day of August 2001.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the
