By order of the High Court at Auckland on the 16th day
of August 2001 at the times specified, Gerard Hulst, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the following companies:

? Riversdale Lane Limited (in liquidation) at 12.18 p.m. Officer for Inquiries: Chris Eveni.
? Southern Telecommunications Limited (in liquidation) at 12.12 p.m. Officer for Inquiries: Chris Eveni.
